The conference will be held on November 20-22, 2006, at the Gulf International Convention Centre, Gulf Hotel. The opening ceremony will take place at 0830 am on Monday 20th November.

Conference Language
English is the official language of the conference.
Accommodation / Visa Arrangements
The conference will be held at the Gulf International Convention Centre, Gulf Hotel www.gulfhotelbahrain.com . The hotel is providing a special rate for delegates, which includes late checkout privileges based on availability and prior approval, daily newspaper. The hotel will also assist in obtaining an entry visa to Bahrain. As hotels in Bahrain are always heavily booked during international conferences and exhibitions, delegates are strongly advised to book early. The attached “Hotel Reservation” form should be completed and mailed or faxed to the Gulf Hotel directly.
On-Site Registration
The registration desks in the Gulf International Convention Centre will be open from 15:00 to 18:00 hrs on November 19th November, 2006 and during conference days from 08:30 to 16:30 hrs. All outstanding payments should be settled down at the registration counter. Registration fees (listed in the registration form) include the following:
- Access to the conference scientific sessions
- Admission to the Exhibition
- Conference proceedings
- Banquet at the evening of the second day
- Lunch on the first day and refreshment breaks

Official Carrier
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is the official carrier for the conference. The airlines offer special fares to the conference participants on all tickets purchased from Bahrain through the House of Travel, the GSA for KLM. The special fares are also applicable on KLM partner carrier Northwest Airlines.
