Exhibition Stands
A limited number of stands, either furnished or unfurnished are available with standard dimensions of 3 meters long and 2 meters wide. A furnished stand includes shell scheme, carpet, power point (13A, 240V), lighting and name signs in English. Additional stands, equipment or services can be arranged upon request.

Exhibition cost, booking and payment
Cost of one exhibition stand (3 x 2m) for the duration of the conference is Bahraini Dinar 756 ($ 2000) for furnished and Bahraini Dinar 643 ($ 1700) for unfurnished. Reservation will be made only upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total cost for the required space.

Exhibition Customs Clearance
An official agency will assist exhibitors to import their display items for the exhibition. The Conference Custom Clearance Agency is; Addax Cargo & Custom Clearance.
